Participants may enter a Prize Draw using either of the following methods:
a. Free Method of Entry by Post (“Free Method of Entry”)
No purchase or payment is required in connection with a postal entry, including where a postal entry is selected as the winning entry. Participants may enter using the Free Method of Entry without first creating an Online Account. Any Online Account created by the Promoter in connection with an entry shall be subject to Clause 5.2. Postal entries are treated in the same way as entries submitted via the Paid Method of Entry for the purposes of determining a Winner (“Winner”). All valid entries received within the applicable Entry Period will be included in the Prize Draw and will have an equal chance of winning. Processing times do not affect the equal weighting of entries.
i) Postal entries must be sent to the address specified in the applicable Prize Draw Terms and Conditions, must be posted from within Great Britain, and must be received by the Promoter (or its appointed third- party provider) by 17:00 (GMT or BST, as applicable) on the stated closing date of the Entry Period.

iii) Entries will be rejected where it is not reasonably possible for the Promoter to identify the Participant or the relevant Prize Draw from the information provided, after applying reasonable administrative checks.
iv) The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected, not received, incomplete, illegible, incorrectly submitted or postage due. Such entries may be invalid and will not be entered into the Prize Draw.
v) All postal entries become the property of the Promoter and will not be returned.
vi) Confirmation of receipt will not be provided. The Promoter may use the contact details provided to communicate with Participants in relation to their entry.
vii) Only one entry is permitted per postcard or outer envelope. Each valid postal entry constitutes one entry into the relevant Prize Draw. Participants may submit postal entries as often as they wish, subject to any applicable entry limits.
viii) Participants entering via the Free Method of Entry are responsible for the cost of standard postage. All valid entries, whether submitted via the Free Method of Entry or the Paid Method of Entry, have an equal chance of winning.

i) Only entries that are accurate, complete and received by the Promoter within the Entry Period will be considered eligible.
ii) Entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, corrupted, or received after the closing date of the Entry Period will be declared void.
iii) Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt by the Promoter. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, late, damaged, postage due, misdirected, invalid, unintelligible or technically corrupted, or for any failures arising from mechanical, human or electronic error.
iv) The Promoter is also not responsible for malfunctions, errors or difficulties related to telephone, electronic, hardware, software, network, internet or computer systems.
v) Where an Entry Fee has been refunded, any entries associated with that refunded payment will be cancelled and deemed ineligible to participate in the draw.
b. Limitations and Responsible Play: Participants may enter more than once; however, the Promoter is committed to responsible participation and may apply limits to support this.
i) The Promoter may, at any time, introduce or vary limits on the number of Entries or restrict the total amount a Participant may spend, whether collectively, for a specific Prize Draw, or through a particular payment method, during a defined period.
ii) The Promoter may monitor entry activity and, where reasonably necessary, apply restrictions, suspend or close accounts in order to promote responsible use of the Entry Routes or to prevent misuse.
iii) The Promoter applies controls to certain payment methods, including credit card transactions, and may impose and enforce spending limits in accordance with applicable guidance and internal policies. Participants may also request the application of spending limits, account restrictions or account closure at any time by contacting the Promoter using the details provided on the Website.

The Promoter may review and update these measures from time to time to reflect changes in applicable guidance, operational practices or risk assessments.
ii) The Promoter takes reasonable steps to ensure that Third-Party providers operate in accordance with appropriate legal and regulatory standards.
iii) Further information regarding responsible participation, available controls and support resources is made available on the Website.
d. Online Account Required Information: Participants may create or activate an Online Account directly. Where a Participant enters a Prize Draw without first creating or activating an Online Account, the Promoter will create and maintain an Online Account using the details provided by the Participant in accordance with these Terms.
i) Where a Participant creates or activates an Online Account, the Participant must ensure that the information associated with that Online Account is accurate, complete and kept up to date, including any information reasonably required by the Promoter.
ii) Where an Online Account has been created by the Promoter in accordance with Clause 5.2(b), and the Participant has not activated access to that Online Account, the Participant shall not be responsible for updating or maintaining the accuracy of the information associated with that Online Account.
iii) For entries submitted by post, sufficient information must be provided on the submitted postcard or letter to allow the Promoter to identify the Participant, associate the entry with any Online Account where applicable, and identify the relevant Prize Draw in accordance with the applicable Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
iv) Failure to maintain accurate account information, where required under these Terms, may result in an entry being declared void or, where applicable, a Prize being forfeited where such failure prevents or materially impedes the Promoter from administering the entry, contacting the Participant, verifying eligibility or fulfilling the Prize.
e. Valid Email Address: Where a Participant creates or activates an Online Account, they are responsible for entering and maintaining a valid and functional email address for which they are the authorised owner at the time of entry.
i) Participants must not enter using multiple email addresses or different identities. Any attempt to do so may result in disqualification and all related entries being declared void at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion.
ii) Multiple Participants may not share a single email address. In the event of any dispute regarding ownership of an email address, the authorised account holder of the email address used to enter will be considered the Participant. The authorised account holder is the natural person to whom the email address is assigned by an internet access provider, online service provider or another organisation responsible for managing email accounts within the relevant domain.
iii) Potential Winners and confirmed Winners may be asked to provide proof of authorised ownership.
iv) Entries associated with invalid, inactive or non-functional email addresses, or those linked to an account holder other than the Participant, will be declared void.
f. No Automated or Bulk Entry Devices: Entries must be made directly by the individual entrant. The use of any automated, robotic, or programmed methods of entry, including but not limited to bots, scripts, macros or other automated devices or processes, is not permitted.
i) Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties, as well as entries submitted via agents or using multiple identities, email addresses, accounts or other means to circumvent this condition, are not allowed.
ii) Any entries that, in the Promoter’s reasonable opinion, have been made in breach of this clause will be void and the Promoter reserves the right to disqualify such entries.
g. The Promoter reserves the right to verify all entries and Participants, including but not limited to requesting proof of identity, age and address, and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a Breach of these Terms including any corresponding Prize Draw Terms and Conditions and Ventus Terms.
h. Contact Details: By entering a Prize Draw, Participants agree that the Promoter may contact them by email, telephone or post, in connection with the administration of the Prize Draw, winner verification and Prize fulfilment, in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.
7. Release:
By entering any Prize Draw, Participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and hold harmless the Promoter and any third-party advertising, promotional, social media, payment processing, hosting or technology platforms used in connection with the operation or promotion of any Prize Draw from any liability, loss, damage or expense arising from participation in the Prize Draw or the acceptance, possession or use of any Prize, except where caused by negligence, fraud or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Potential Winner selection (“Potential Winner”):
A Potential Winner will be electronically drawn at random using an independent third-party computer. The winner selection uses a secure random number generator to ensure fairness.
a. Only unique entry numbers are shared with the third party – no personal information is used in the draw process.
b. A Potential Winner is selected from all eligible entries received within the relevant Entry Period and correctly submitted in accordance with the corresponding Prize Draw Terms and Conditions. The likelihood of winning depends on the total number of valid entries received during the Entry Period.
c. The Prize Draw will take place ten (10) days after the conclusion of the Entry Period, or as otherwise stated in the applicable Prize Draw Terms and Conditions. The unique winning entry codes will be published on the Website following the draw.
d. A Potential Winner becomes a Confirmed Winner (“Confirmed Winner”) only after their eligibility has been successfully verified subject to the requirements of Clause 9 (Winner Notification) and Clause 10 (Confirmation and Verification of Potential Winners). Details of the Confirmed Winners may be announced in accordance with Clause 17 (Publicity).
9. Potential Winner Notification:
Potential Winners will be notified using the contact details provided at the time of entry, which may include email, telephone or, where appropriate, in person at their residential address or other mutually agreed location.
a. The Promoter may, at its reasonable discretion and with the agreement of the Potential Winner, arrange for notification to take place in person, including as part of a filmed or in-person presentation of the Prize. Any such arrangement will be subject to availability, logistical considerations and the Potential Winner’s consent. Where an in-person notification and filmed presentation has been agreed with the Potential Winner, the Potential Winner must be available to accept the Prize at the pre-agreed time of such filming and cooperate with the reasonable requirements of the Promoter in connection with that arrangement.
b. Where an in-person notification is not available, agreed or is not reasonably practicable, the Promoter will notify the Potential Winner within 5 working days of the draw selection, primarily using the Participant’s email address, and may also attempt to contact the Potential Winner by telephone where a valid number has been provided. The Potential Winner must respond within 10 working days (the “Notification Period”) from the date on which the Promoter first sends or attempts to send a notification using the contact details provided (the “Date of Notification”), unless a longer response period is specified in the notification.
c. Potential Winners must cooperate with any reasonable requests of the Promoter in connection with verification and Prize fulfilment. Failure to do so, where such failure prevents or materially impedes the Promoter from contacting or verifying the Participant, may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.
10. Confirmation and Verification of Potential Winners:
A Potential Winner will only be confirmed as the Winner once the Promoter has completed all necessary verification procedures to ensure compliance with these Terms, including any applicable Prize Draw Terms and Conditions and the Ventus Terms. The Promoter may carry out the verification process using any reasonable method it considers appropriate.
a. The Potential Winner must be both willing and able to complete the verification process within fifteen (15) working days of the Date of Notification (the “Qualification Period”). The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to extend the Qualification Period where it considers it necessary to do so, including (without limitation) where additional verification is required or where circumstances outside the Potential Winner’s reasonable control prevent timely completion.
b. To claim the Prize and as part of the verification process, the Potential Winner and where the Prize includes Guest participation, the Guests, must fully and accurately complete and promptly return all required documentation and releases. This may include health and safety forms, vaccination attestations for travel or events, and any supporting evidence in a format reasonably specified by the Promoter.
c. The Potential Winner must also provide any additional information or documents necessary to confirm eligibility and availability for the relevant Prize dates, collectively referred to as the Winner Documentation.
d. Failure to complete and return all required documentation accurately and within the Qualification Period may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the Prize.
11. Winner Disqualification:
A Participant, Potential Winner or confirmed Winner may be deemed ineligible or disqualified for any of the following reasons, among others:
a. Failure to satisfy the eligibility requirements set out in these Terms;
b. Breach of these Terms including any corresponding Prize Draw Terms and Conditions and Ventus Terms;
c. Failure to comply with the requirements set out in Clause 6 (Entry Limitations and Restrictions), including (without limitation) any failure, where applicable, to provide or maintain accurate, complete and up-to-date information, or to maintain a valid and functioning email address within an Online Account where the Participant is responsible for maintaining such information under Clause 6(d), where such failure prevents or materially impedes the Promoter from administering the entry, contacting the Participant, or verifying the Participant’s eligibility;
d. Failure to respond to a notification within the Notification Period, or otherwise to engage with the Promoter within that period, following the date on which the Promoter first sends or attempts to send a notification using the contact details provided, where such failure prevents or materially impedes the Promoter from contacting the Participant or administering the Prize;
e. Inability to verify the Potential Winner’s identity or eligibility to the Promoter’s reasonable satisfaction within the Qualification Period; f. Failure to complete or return the required Winner Documentation within the Qualification Period;
g. The provision of false, incomplete or misleading information;
h. Engagement in any fraudulent or deceptive activity relating to any Prize Draw or the use of the Website, i. Behaviour that is threatening, abusive or harassing towards the Promoter or any of its personnel; j. Inability to accept the Prize in a timely manner, where such inability prevents or materially impedes fulfilment of the Prize; or
k. Events outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to legal restrictions, natural disasters, public health emergencies, acts of terrorism or severe weather conditions, which prevent the Promoter from fulfilling or awarding the Prize within a reasonable period.
If a Potential Winner is found to be ineligible or is disqualified for any reason, the Promoter will select a Reserve Potential Winner (“Reserve Potential Winner”) using the same verifiably random computerised process as detailed in clause 8 (Potential Winner Selection) from among the remaining eligible entries. This process will continue until the Prize has been validly awarded. Reserve Potential Winners will be notified in accordance with these Terms.
12. Prize. Subject to any limitations outlined in these Terms, Winners shall receive the Prize (the “Prize”) described on the Website Prize Draw Entry page and in the applicable Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
a. The precise details of each Prize, including fulfilment arrangements, travel conditions, number of permitted Guests (if any) eligibility requirements and timing, shall be determined by the Promoter, acting reasonably, and will be set out in the corresponding Prize Draw Terms and Conditions. Participants are strongly advised to review these details carefully to ensure their availability and ability to meet any participation requirements.
b. The Promoter will exercise reasonable discretion in organising and administering the Prize, including in relation to scheduling, logistics, travel arrangements and coordination with any third-party suppliers. Such arrangements may be subject to availability, operational requirements and factors outside the Promoter’s control, including those of third-party providers. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the Prize is delivered substantially as described but may make reasonable adjustments where necessary to facilitate fulfilment. Any such adjustments will not materially alter the nature or value of the Prize.
c. For the purposes of these Terms, an Alternative Prize (“Alternative Prize”) means a substitute prize or prize package which the Promoter determines, acting reasonably, to be of a similar type, nature and overall quality to the original Prize, and which does not materially reduce the overall value or experience of the Prize. Any such Alternative Prize shall be deemed to be the “Prize” for the purposes of these Terms.
d. The Promoter reserves the right, acting reasonably, to substitute the Prize (in whole or in part) with an Alternative Prize where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to availability, supplier issues, safety considerations, operational constraints or date restrictions.
e. Once a Prize has been issued, confirmed or booked, the Promoter will not replace it or provide an alternative, except as set out above. Prizes cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion unless otherwise specified in the applicable Prize Draws Terms and Conditions.
f. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all Prizes are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law. Prizes are non-transferable (except at the Promoter’s reasonable discretion), non- exchangeable, non-saleable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

The Winner remains responsible for the acts and omissions of their Guests. The Promoter may require the Guests to complete documentation or provide information (including identification, health or safety information, or waivers) as a condition of participation.
h. Guests must meet any eligibility requirements specified for the Prize, including age, health, travel documentation or other criteria. Unless otherwise stated, Guests must be at least 18 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for them. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse participation or remove any Guests who do not comply with these Terms, any applicable third-party requirements, or who behaves in a manner that is unsafe, unlawful or inappropriate. In such circumstances, no compensation will be provided, and no substitution will be allowed unless otherwise reasonably determined by the Promoter.
i. The Prize may be required to be taken on specific dates or within a defined date window, as specified in the applicable Prize Draw Terms and Conditions. Winners and their Guests must be available to travel or participate within those dates. If a Winner is unable to do so, the Prize will be deemed forfeited. If any Guest is unable to participate, the Promoter may, at its reasonable discretion, permit the Winner to nominate an alternative Guest (subject to eligibility requirements), or require the Prize to be taken without that Guest.
j. Except as otherwise stated, the Winner and their Guests are solely responsible for any taxes, charges or expenses associated with the acceptance and use of their Prize.
k. If the Prize is forfeited no compensation will be provided. The Promoter shall have no obligation to offer the Winner and their Guests alternative travel dates, itinerary or an Alternative Prize but may do so at its reasonable discretion. l. The Promoter shall have no obligation to re-award a forfeited Prize but may do so at its reasonable discretion.
m. Events: If an event element of a Prize is postponed or rescheduled for reasons beyond the Promoter’s control, replacement tickets may be issued at its reasonable discretion. Should the event be cancelled entirely, the remainder of the Prize, if any, will still be honoured, or the Promoter may offer an Alternative Prize.
n. Meet and Greet: The Promoter cannot guarantee the availability of any individual featured in a meet and greet experience. Availability may change at short notice, for example due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. If a featured person is unavailable, the remaining portion of the Prize will be fulfilled without the meet and greet component, and, where possible, the Promoter may offer an Alternative Prize.
o. Film, Television, or Production Prizes: Where a Prize includes an appearance in a film, television or other production, fulfilment is subject to the production proceeding as scheduled and the Winner’s completion of all necessary third-party agreements, such as confidentiality, background checks or industry contracts. The Promoter makes no guarantee as to the length of appearance, inclusion in the final production, or that the production will be released.
p. Third-Party Providers and Platforms: Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable Prize Draw Terms and Conditions or on the Website, Prize Draws are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, promoted by or otherwise associated with any Third-Party Supplier, manufacturer, platform, brand or social media service referenced in connection with a Prize Draw. All third-party names, trade marks, logos and other intellectual property rights remain the property of their respective owners and are used for identification and illustrative purposes only.
13. Travel:

b. It is the responsibility of the Winner and their Guests to check any travel advisories issued by a National Government Authority, to determine whether they wish to accept the risk of travelling to the relevant destination. The Promoter will not be responsible for any loss or damage suffered by any Winner or their Guests arising out of their failure to follow any such travel advisories.
c. The Winner and their Guests must comply with and are responsible for obtaining all information regarding any recommended inoculation or vaccination and obtaining the inoculation(s) or vaccination(s), including but not limited to Covid vaccinations, and health regulations, including but not limited to PCR tests, required to fly into the relevant destination country. Full details of each Prize are set out in the corresponding Prize Draw Terms and Conditions.
Winners are encouraged to notify the Promoter of any accessibility or mobility requirements for themselves or their Guests as soon as reasonably practicable. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to accommodate such requirements. Where it is not reasonably practicable to adapt the Prize (or elements of it) to meet a Winner’s needs, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an Alternative Prize.
b. Physical Activities: The Promoter may require Winners and their Guests to obtain medical clearance prior to participation. The Promoter and its partners reserve the right to deny participation to any person deemed unfit, unsafe or otherwise unable to take part, including where minimum health, fitness, vaccination or safety requirements are not met. In such cases, the Promoter may offer an Alternative Prize.
c. Travel Insurance and Excess: Travel insurance is required as a condition of participation in the Prize. The Promoter is not an insurer and does not provide insurance cover.

iv) The Promoter will not be responsible for any claim that is declined, rejected, or not covered by the insurer for any reason, and the Promoter shall have no liability for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses not covered by the insurance policy.
v) The Promoter agrees to reimburse the Winner and their Guests for any compulsory excess payable under the travel insurance policy in the event of a successful and valid claim, up to the excess amount specified in the policy. Any excess reimbursement by the Promoter will only be made following confirmation from the insurer that the claim has been accepted and paid.
15. Carbon Neutral Commitment:
The Promoter is committed to environmental sustainability and will offset the calculated carbon footprint associated with the delivery and execution of the Prize. The carbon footprint will be calculated by the Promoter using a third-party specialist. This may include, but will not be limited to, Winner and Guests travel, for example flights and train travel, accommodation energy usage, transportation or delivery of any physical components of the Prize. The Promoter’s calculation of the carbon footprint will be final and binding. The Winner and their Guests have no financial responsibility or obligation regarding the calculation or offsetting of the carbon footprint.

The Promoter will donate an amount to charity in connection with each Prize Draw (the “Draw Donation”).

17. Publicity:
The Promoter may publish or otherwise make available information confirming that a valid Prize award has taken place, for example, the Winner’s surname and county of residence, in accordance with applicable law, advertising regulations and regulatory guidance.
a. Winners who do not wish for such details to be made public may object by contacting the Promoter. Notwithstanding any objection, the Promoter may still be legally required to share the Winner’s details and entry information with relevant regulatory authorities upon request.
b. The Promoter may require that Winners participate in any reasonable publicity or promotional activities required by the Promoter, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Any such participation will be proportionate and will take into account the nature of the Prize and the Winner’s circumstances.
c. To obtain the surname and county of the Winner within 3 months of the announcement date specified in the applicable Prize Draw Terms and Conditions, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Ventus Prize Draw Winner List (8682), PO Box 906, Aylesbury, HP22 9HR detailing the name of the Prize Draw.
18. General Conditions:
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend any Prize Draw, in whole or in part, where fraud, technical malfunction, virus, system error, legal or regulatory change, or any other event beyond its reasonable control affects, or could reasonably be expected to affect, the integrity or proper administration of the Prize Draw. The Promoter may also carry out maintenance or upgrades on the Website or related systems at any time, which may temporarily restrict access to the Prize Draw.
Warning: Any deliberate attempt to damage the Website, interfere with the entry process, or compromise the lawful operation of a Prize Draw may constitute a criminal or civil offence. The Promoter will pursue all available legal remedies, including claims for damages, to the fullest extent permitted by law. The Promoter further reserves the right to disqualify any individual it reasonably believes to have tampered with, attempted to tamper with, or otherwise interfered with the entry mechanism, the Website, or the proper conduct of the Prize Draw; to have breached these Terms; or to have acted in a dishonest, disruptive, or abusive manner.
19. Force Majeure:
The Promoter will not be responsible for any failure to fulfil or delay in fulfilling its obligations where such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control (“Force Majeure Event”). Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, epidemic or pandemic, war, terrorist activity, civil unrest, strikes or industrial disputes, fire, adverse weather conditions, governmental or regulatory action, travel restrictions, or disruption to transport, accommodation or other travel services. Where a significant element of the Prize cannot be provided due to a Force Majeure Event, the Promoter will offer an Alternative Prize. The Promoter will take reasonable steps to minimise the impact on affected winners and will keep them informed of any changes as soon as reasonably practicable. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud, or for any other liability which cannot be excluded by law.
20. Payments:
Once a Paid Method of Entry is submitted, payment will be processed securely by our third-party payment provider, Stripe Payments Europe Ltd and its affiliates (“Stripe”). When you make a payment, your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment system. The Promoter does not see, store or have access to your full payment card details at any time. Stripe is responsible for securely processing payments, including encryption of payment data, authentication (such as 3D Secure), fraud detection, and compliance with applicable payment security standards, including PCI DSS. We use industry-standard security measures, including Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to protect data transmitted between your device and the Website. By making a payment, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and privacy policy, which is available at: https://stripe.com/gb/legal and https://stripe.com/gb/privacy. Except where required by applicable law, all Entry Fees are final and non-refundable once the relevant Prize Draw has ended except where required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise in these
Terms. All payments are subject to verification and fraud prevention checks. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel transactions where we reasonably believe there is a risk of fraud, unauthorised use, or a breach of these Terms or the Ventus Terms. If a payment is reversed, charged back or disputed, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and cancel any associated entries.
21. Amendment to these Terms:
The Promoter reserves the right to modify or update these Terms, including any applicable Prize Draw Terms and Conditions, at any time by publishing the revised version on the Website. Such amendments shall take effect from the date of publication, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Any revisions will not affect entries that have already been submitted prior to the effective date of the change, but all subsequent entries made thereafter will be governed by the amended Terms. The effective date of the most recent revision will be indicated at the top of this document.
22. Participant’s Breach:
Participants shall be liable to indemnify and hold harmless the Promoter, its Promotion Partners, and each of their parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, together with any third parties engaged in sponsoring, administering, fulfilling, or advertising the Prize Draw, for any loss or damage that they incur as a reasonably foreseeable consequence of the Participant’s breach of these Terms.

a. death or personal injury resulting from its negligence;
b. fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or c. any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where the Promoter fails to fulfil its obligations under these Terms, it shall be liable only for any loss or damage suffered by you that was a foreseeable consequence of such breach or negligence. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage that could not reasonably have been anticipated. Except as provided above, the Promoter’s total cumulative liability to Winners arising out of or in connection with these Terms (including any related Prize Draw Terms and Conditions shall not exceed one hundred pounds sterling (£100). In the event that an entry is mistakenly deleted, lost, destroyed, or corrupted, the Participant’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the issue of a replacement entry into the relevant Prize Draw.
24. Governing Law; Jurisdiction:
These Terms are subject to and shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any rights you have as a consumer under applicable law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Any dispute or claim; including those that are not contractual in nature, arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be brought before the courts of England and Wales. Consumers based in other parts of Great Britain will, however, continue to benefit from any mandatory rights under their local laws and may choose to pursue proceedings either in the English courts or in the courts of their own jurisdiction.
25. Further Conditions:
a. The parties’ relationship: These Terms and the usage of the Entry Route do not create a joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship.
b. You may withdraw from a Prize Draw if you object, and the Promoter may assign these Terms, in whole or in part, to any person or organisation at any time as long as your rights are not negatively impacted. Without previous written approval, you are not permitted to assign your rights; unapproved assignments are null and void.
c. Each provision of these General Terms and Conditions operates independently. If any provision, clause, or part of these General Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions of these General Terms and Conditions shall continue in full force and effect and shall remain valid, binding, and enforceable as if the invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision had never been included.
d. Any failure or delay by the Promoter to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
26. Personal Information:
The Promoter will store and process Entrants’ personal data for purposes of conducting Prize Draws and Prize fulfilment only. Where the Entrant has opted in to receiving further promotional communications from the Promoter their personal data will be processed and stored in compliance with its Cookie Notice and Privacy Notice. 27. Winner Information and Transparency:
The Promoter may publish or make available the surname and county of Winners in accordance with applicable law, advertising regulations and regulatory guidance. Participants may object to some or all of this information being published or made available by contacting the Promoter.
