What happens after I win?
Once verification is completed, the Ventus team will contact you directly to begin arranging your experience, travel planning, guest details, and scheduling.
How do I confirm my travel dates?
The Ventus team will work with you to confirm suitable travel dates within the available prize windows, subject to operational and supplier availability.
Who can travel with me?
You may travel with up to three guests. Guest names and information may be requested in advance as part of the booking and verification process.
What documents will I need?
You and your guests will require valid passports and may need to provide additional travel or identification information depending on the destination and timing of travel.
When will I receive the £10,000 spending money?
The timing and method of the spending money payment will be confirmed during prize fulfilment and arranged ahead of your departure.

Where do the flights depart from?
Departure airport details will be confirmed closer to travel and may vary depending on operational scheduling and aircraft logistics.
How does private jet travel differ from commercial travel?
Private aviation offers a more personalised and flexible travel experience, including private terminals, reduced waiting times, and a quieter onboard environment.
What luggage can I bring?
Luggage allowances may differ from commercial airlines due to aircraft limitations. Guidance will be provided before travel to help you prepare appropriately.
Will transfers be included?
Selected transfers connected directly to the prize itinerary are included and will be arranged as part of your experience.
Can dietary or accessibility requirements be supported during flights?
Ventus will make reasonable efforts to support dietary, accessibility, and comfort requirements where practical and operationally possible.

What to expect from your luxury yacht experience in Croatia.
Will the yacht have a crew?
Yes. The yacht experience includes a professional onboard crew to support the operation of the vessel and help deliver a comfortable experience.
What facilities will be available onboard?
Facilities vary depending on the yacht selected but may include private cabins, dining areas, sun decks, lounge spaces, and water access points.
Will meals and drinks be included?
Selected meals, refreshments, and onboard hospitality may be included as part of the experience. Final inclusions will be confirmed during travel planning.
Can we stop at different locations during the trip?
The route and itinerary may include multiple destinations across the Adriatic coastline, subject to weather, operational conditions, and final scheduling.
Is the yacht private?
Yes. The yacht is intended as a private experience for the winner and their approved guests during the prize period.

Will activities be arranged for us?
Certain experiences, reservations, or activities may be included as part of the itinerary, depending on availability and scheduling.
What support is available during the trip?
Ventus and its travel partners will provide coordination and support throughout the experience where required.
Can dietary requirements be accommodated?
Reasonable dietary requests and allergen considerations will be accommodated where possible if communicated in advance.
Will there be free time during the experience?
Yes. The experience is designed to balance planned moments with personal free time to enjoy the destination independently.
Can we explore independently?
Yes. Winners and guests may have opportunities to explore independently, subject to local guidance, itinerary timing, and safety considerations.
Spending money
How the £10,000 spending money can be used during the experience.
What can the spending money be used for?
The spending money is intended to help cover personal purchases, dining, entertainment, shopping, and optional experiences during the trip.
Will the spending money be paid in cash?
The payment method may vary and will be confirmed during the prize fulfilment process.
Can the spending money be shared between guests?
The winner may choose how the spending money is used during the experience.
Are all expenses covered separately from the spending money?
Core travel and accommodation expenses are included within the prize separately from the £10,000 spending money allocation.

When can the main prize be taken?
The main prize may be taken in August or September 2026, subject to availability, or scheduled between June and September 2027.
What happens if my main trip takes place in 2027?
Where the main trip is scheduled for 2027, a VIP taster weekend in August 2026 may also be included as part of the overall experience.
Can alternative dates be requested?
Ventus will consider reasonable requests where possible, although travel arrangements remain subject to operational availability.
Can parts of the itinerary change?
Certain elements of the itinerary may change due to operational requirements, supplier availability, or weather conditions.
After your trip
What happens once the experience has finished.
Will parts of the experience be shared publicly?
Ventus may share selected highlights, photography, or moments from the experience, subject to the winner’s cooperation and applicable agreements.
Is photography or filming mandatory?
No. Any photography, filming, or promotional participation will be discussed separately with the winner and handled reasonably and respectfully.
Can I share my own photos and videos?
Yes. Winners and guests are welcome to capture and share their own memories from the experience unless restricted by specific locations or partners.
Will Ventus contact me after the trip?
Ventus may follow up after the experience for feedback, optional content sharing, or future winner features.
