- Your full legal name
- Your valid residential postal address in GB
- Your valid email address
- Prize Draw name or description
Optional:
- Your telephone number
- Last 3 digits of your Ventus online account reference (if applicable)
Important information
- Postal entries must arrive on or before the stated closing date
- Entries must be legible and complete
- PO Box addresses are not accepted as your residential address
- Postage costs are the responsibility of the participant
- All valid entries received within the applicable Entry Period will be included in the Prize Draw and will have an equal chance of winning.
All valid entries received during the Entry Period are entered into the Prize Draw and processed fairly. Processing times do not affect the equal weighting of entries.
